PhD Fellowship in Astrophysics at ICE (CSIC-IEEC): Stellar explosions and their scenarios at high energies

Status: proposal

Candidates should have a master degree or be able to get it before starting their contract (fall 2016)

There will be very soon (June-July 2016) a call from the MINECO for FPI fellowships (contracts), one of them being assigned to the research project entitled "Stellar explosions and their scenarios at high energies: models, observations and technology" (researchers / possible PhD advisors: J. Isern; M. Hernanz and A. Serenelli (PIs)). Starting time will be fall-winter 2016 or beginning of 2017 at latest. The successful candidate will work in the research group "Nuclear and High Energy Astrophysics / Stellar explosions and nucleosynthesis", in a topic related to the research project mentioned above.
